Tec-Sem wins another order for reticle stocker

Tec-Sem AG, a leading supplier of wafer and reticle management solutions today announced selection of its RXHF reticle stocker by Powerchip Semiconductor Corp., a major DRAM and memory foundry semiconductor manufacturer in Taiwan.
